Color-printed folding map, 1884, dated lower-right, published and printed by Rand, McNally & Co, Chicago, printed to be included in the "Indexed Township and County Pocket Map and Shippers' Guide of Minnesota", accompanied by this 36 page, paper-covered guide (dated 1885), on thin cream colored paper; the booklet with some slight staining to the front cover and the rear cover separated and reattached, the map with a diagonal crease in the lower-left margin but otherwise in very good condition with bright and attractive color
